- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger powder
- 7 drops stevia (or to taste)
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and sip away.
I add just enough stevia to get what I consider a perfect sweet/tart balance. If you’re not sure how much stevia you would like to use, start small and add to taste.
