A low sugar smoothie with blueberries, cacao powder, protein powder, avocado, and spinach.



  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 serving of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder


Freeze the smoothie:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a zip top bag and stash in the freezer.

Make the smoothie:

  1. Add the contents of the bag into the blender along with 1 cup of almond milk (more or less for a thicker/thinner smoothie). Blend until smooth and serve.
